We’ve put a lot of thought into the amenities available here at Cannonsgate. Whether you need to host one of life’s special events in our premiere Manor House, or you want to give the children a place to burn off energy, our resort-style community has ample options.
The Manor House
The Cannonsgate Manor House has Charleston style porches with gas style lanterns overlooking the pool, lake, and sound. It can be the perfect backdrop for everything from an elegant reception to a catered corporate event.
The facility can accommodate over 400 guests. The wrap-around porches are spacious and provide an ideal setting for guests to mingle outside. Inside, a pool table and TVs are available upstairs and downstairs, there is a kitchen with an ice machine and large bar area for enjoyable entertaining.
Events are planned thru CAMS by checking the calendar and sending in requests. Lease options are online. The Manor House can be leased exclusively to Cannonsgate property owners.
Swimming Pool
The Cannonsgate swimming pool is one of the most popular features for our homeowners and their guests.
This well-maintained facility has plenty of outdoor seating and lounge chairs, as well as a clean restroom and changing facilities.
